Yocum is such a good writer.

I loved it because the tale touched my heart; the characters lived on the pages, so real. Jimmy’s resigned feelings of helplessness because of his family history when he encounters others is poignant and painful. Add to Club Selections.

Was it a good essay?

This was an inspiring story about finding one’s true self and not letting family and circumstances define who we are. A wonderfully original group of characters and a fast moving plot kept this book interesting and intriguing.

I love it so much.
